Regex Patterns

Regex Patterns are very advanced. We suggest you do not use them unless you know what you are doing, small mistakes in a pattern could prevent any message from being send in your server.

Regex patterns can only be used in the Custom Keyword and Member Profiles rules.

A regex pattern is like a bunch of keywords all packed into one, to someone who does not know what they do, most regex patterns look like a cat walked over a keyboard.

You can add regex patterns to your rule like normal keywords, as shown in the immage below:

Generate Regex Patterns

For both the Custom Keyword and Member Profiles rules we have created a regex generator. You can access it by pressing the "Generate a regex pattern" button below the keyword field.

In the regex generator, you can either enter a word that you would like to block, or choose from regex templates. If you can't see some of the options, please make sure to scroll down on the window.
