What is InfinityBot?
InfinityBot is a multi-purpose Discord bot that offers many systems, tools, and games to enhance your server.
How can I invite InfinityBot?
You can invite InfinityBot to your server with the link provided to you here.
How do I join the support server?
You can join the support server with the link provided to you in the get support page. This page also includes all details on how to become a member of the support team.
How can I become staff?

How can I report a bug?

How can I see all available commands?
You can type / in the Discord chat bar to see all slash commands available for any InfinityBot. You can learn more about commands here.
I can’t find a feature I expect. What should I do?
If you can't find the perfect feature for your server, you may create a suggestion here. Our team will check it out and see if we can add your idea.
Can I customize the prefix of the bot?
You can customize the prefix of the bot for your server with the !set-prefix command. You can learn more on the prefix page.
What permissions does InfinityBot need to function properly?
InfinityBot generally needs administrator or manage server permissions to function properly. You can however use less permissions if you only need certain systems.

What are other (free) ways to get Premium?
There are a few ways to get premium for free, you can keep an eye out for giveaways in the support server or join the helper team to get free premium.

Why are some features Premium?
Some of the InfinityBot features are Premium-only. We do this because it took us a lot of afford to develop them, we need to pay for them ourselfs to be able to use them or it requers some work from our devs for everyone who wants to use it, for example our QOTD setup.
Where can I order Premium?
If you would like to get Premium, please check out our premium page for all up-to-date information regarding premium ordering.
In how many servers can I use my Premium?
You can only use premium in one server. If you want to get a second premium server, you have to buy a new pack or the unlimited pack. Your custom command can be used in all servers that you want.
I only want the custom command, is that possible?
Yes, if you only buy the Command booster pack, you can request a custom command with up to 50 actions.
I saw a list with some more perks, do I get them when I buy Premium?
If you are not sure whether or not you get something when you get Premium, please create a support post, our support team will be more than happy to help you there!
InfinityBot AntiNuke

Why is AntiNuke a seperate bot?
We don't use our normal moderation bot (@InfinityBot) for the Anti Nuke system. The biggest reason for this is that Anti Nuke needs a super low latency to be able to work against bots.
What permissions does InfinityBot AntiNuke need to function properly?
InfinityBot AntiNuke requires the administrator permission to function properly. Unlike the normal InfinityBot, you cannot add this bot without admin permissions.
How does AntiNuke work?
The Anti Nuke system will be triggered on every action that has been enabled. (e.g. channel deletion, role deleting, user kicks, user bans, user unbans, invite deletions, etc) and check the heath of the user who triggered it. If the heath of the user is higher than the max, the user will be:
Quarantined if they used one of my action commands.
Kicked from the server if they used the action directly in Discord.
"Heath" is a number of deletions a user did in the last ~hour.
Can I temporarily pause AntiNuke for server maintenance?
Yes, you can enable or disable AntiNuke at any moment with the /antinuke-on-off command. Keep in mind you need the administrator permission to use that command.
When you disable AntiNuke, everyone in your server can nuke it if they have the right permissions.
AutoMod Dashboard

What is the AutoMod Dashboard?
The AutoMod Dashboard is a website that lets you manage and customize auto moderation rules on a very easy level, providing very helpful tools.
How does AutoMod work?
AutoMod monitors message content for unwanted behavior (swear words, spam, custom keywords, etc.). If a message triggers one of your AutoMod rules, a selected action will be taken.
