💎 How to order your premium
If you wish to get your premium with a one-time payment, please follow the steps below:
First of all, make your way to the InfinityBot Store, you can also press the cards in the premium packs section of this page.
Now select the pack that you would like to get, for example, normal premium.
Simply press "Buy for €..." and complete any verification by Discord.
Using this methode, InfinityBot Staff does not get access to your payment information!

I paid but did not receive anything, what do I do?
Our team may need some time to verify your payment. Once we do, you will recieve the Premium tokens you paid for.
If you got the command booster pack, please contact our support team so the developers can create the command for you.
If we take more than 12 hours to verify your payment, feel free to contact our support team by ticket, we will help you immediately!
Why are some features Premium?
Some of the InfinityBot features are Premium-only. We do this because it took us a lot of afford to develop them, we need to pay for them ourselfs to be able to use them or it requers some work from our devs for everyone who wants to use it, for example our QOTD setup.

In how many servers can I use my Premium?
You can only use premium in one server. If you want to get a second premium server, you have to buy a new pack or the unlimited pack. Your custom command can be used in all servers that you want.
I only want the custom command, is that possible?
Yes, if you only buy the Command booster pack, you can request a custom command with up to 50 actions.
