# The application did not respond

This error can occur on every interaction with the bot, commands, buttons, menus and everything else. You can try to solve this issue with the points below. Try to see if it works after every step.&#x20;

First of all, check your internet connection

Now refresh your Discord

Try to re-send the button or menu. You can do this by using the same command again. If it is a system like [tickets](/infinitybot-docs/user-feedback/tickets.md) or [verification](/infinitybot-docs/onboarding/verification.md), try setting up the system again.&#x20;

If non of this works, it could also be a Discord or InfinityBot related issue. If this is the case, the issue will be solved as soon as possible.&#x20;
