Consent

By using InfinityBot, you consent to our Terms of Service (ToS) and agree to abide by its conditions. This applies universally, regardless of whether you have read these terms prior to using the bot. These terms cover all InfinityBot projects and features.

General Conduct

• You must adhere to Discord’s Terms of Service while using InfinityBot.

• Any misuse of InfinityBot that violates Discord's policies is strictly prohibited.

Customizable Content Guidelines

You may not include inappropriate or harmful content in any customizable settings, including but not limited to:

• Customizable Buttons

• Customizable Message Content

• Form Inputs (exceptions apply to Auto-Mod setup forms, where limited use of swear words is permitted)

• Say Command Outputs

• Other Customizable Features

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• NSFW content

• Scams or phishing attempts

• Violent or harmful messages

• Any other unwanted or disruptive content

Security and Data Review

To ensure the integrity and proper use of InfinityBot, our staff members may review:

• Command Inputs: This includes messages and inputs submitted through commands or forms.

• Custom Settings: All server-specific customizable settings and content may be reviewed.

Note: This is not an exhaustive list, and other customizable data may be reviewed as needed.

Permitted Use

InfinityBot must only be used for its intended purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Raiding, nuking, or maliciously disrupting servers.

• Attempting to extract sensitive information from the bot.

• Accessing Premium features without legitimate purchase or authorization.

• Impersonating InfinityBot or Discord staff.

• Exploiting or attempting to exploit loopholes in this ToS.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter any user violating these Terms of Service, please report the incident through our support server by creating a ticket. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.

Consequences of Violation

InfinityBot reserves the right to take action against users who violate these terms, including but not limited to:

• Blacklisting or banning the user from using InfinityBot.

• Restricting access to certain features or systems.

These actions may be taken without prior notification or the provision of supporting evidence.

By using InfinityBot, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. We appreciate your cooperation and strive to make InfinityBot a safe and enjoyable tool for all users.
