# How Does AntiNuke Work?

## How Anti Nuke Works

The Anti Nuke system will be triggered on every action that has been enabled. (e.g. channel deletion, role deleting, user kicks, user bans, user unbans, invite deletions, etc) and check the heath of the user who triggered it. If the heath of the user is higher than the [max](/infinitybot-docs/moderation/anti-nuke/antinuke-setup.md#set-up-a-max), the user will be: 

* **Quarantined** if they used one of my action commands.
* **Kicked** from the server if they used the action directly in Discord.

"Heath" is a number of deletions a user did in the last \~hour.

## Need help?

We have a `/help` command in place for you to get help if needed. When you use this command you will get a selection menu where you can select the kind of help you want. Below are all of our availibe options in the `/help` command.
