If you are having an issue with loading up your server's data or accessing the dashboard, try to follow the steps below:

Bot Permissions
Make sure InfinityBot has manage server or administrator permissions in your server. You can check out this page if you want to know how you can do this.
Also make sure to check if the bot has been invited to the server at all. If you are having issues inviting the bot, please check out this page.

Your Permissions
Make sure you have manage server or administrator permissions in the server, or have been marked as manager by a server admin.

Refresh the Page
Refresh the dashboard by pressing CTRL + R or by pressing the refresh button.
