Reporting a bug

To report a bug, follow the steps below:

Join our support server

Navigate to the #forum channel.

Now press the "New Post" button and provide a short and clear title that briefly but clearly describes the bug, a clear description that describes where we can find the bug and how we can recreate it and an (optional) picture of the bug

Now select the 'Bug Report' tag and press the "Post" button and wait for one of our staff members to respond. They may need some additional information.

If you found an dangerous bug that may be used to damage a server, a user or the bot, please report that by sending a DM to @notcastel or by creating a management-only ticket.
