⚠️Custom Forms
With the custom form system, you can make your own set of questions for your members to fill out when they press a button. This can be very useful for applications, appeals, suggestions and much more!
This system has been deleted and will not work anymore. Please read this page for more information.


Setup the Form
You can set up the form panel with the /setup custom-form
command.
action
In this option you can select what action you want to take. You can set up a new form or get some information on how you can use this with some examples.
panel-title
In this option you can enter your custom panel's title.
panel-content
In this option you can enter your custom panel's base content.
button-content
In this option you can enter your custom panel's button content.
button-colour
In this option you can select the colour of your panel's button.
panel-channel
In this option you can select the channel where you want to have your panel.
form-response-channel
In this option you can select the channel where you want to get inputs from your members in the form.
form-title
In this option you will have to enter the title of your custom form.
application-role
In this option you can optionally select a role that you want to add with a button after a user has submitted the form.
After you used the /setup custom-form
command, you will get a form where you can enter your form's questions:
Question 1 title
In this question you can enter the title of the first form question.
Question 2 title
In this question you can enter the title of the second form question. If you only want to have one question, you can leave this empty.
Question 3 title
In this question you can enter the title of the third form question. If you only want to have one or two question, you can leave this empty.
Question 4 title
In this question you can enter the title of the fouth form question. If you only want to have one, two or tree question, you can leave this empty
Question 5 title
In this question you can enter the title of the fifth form question. If you only want to have one, two, tree or four question, you can leave this empty
