⚠️InfinityBot Deletion Notice

Hello InfinityBot user, this is not a post we wanted to make.

On June 14th, 2025, Discord issued BotGhost a formal breach warning and given them an ultimatum: find a completely new way to operate without using bot tokens by July 31th, 2025, or the platform will be shut down.

What is BotGhost?

On Discord, every single bot needs a host to preform actions in your server. For InfinityBot, we used BotGhost, a free and easy to use platform for starting developers.

What has happened?

Discord is shutting down Botghost and deleting all bots that were hosted by BotGhost, including InfinityBot, InfinityBot AntiNuke and InfinityBot Premium (Although not actively hosted with BotGhost, the premium bot was on their master list).

Consequences for InfinityBot

The bots we spent years on building and growing may be deleted without any reason, along side all the systems, features, commands, events and data. This means all InfinityBot features will stop working and we will lose access to all your server's data.

Consequences for your server

For your actual server none, the only consequence for your server is that you will not be able to enjoy the features from InfinityBot. There will be nothing deleted in your server.

What systems have been affected?

For now, none of the marked systems have failed yet. We will keep you updated.

Almost all of them. For every systems that will not be restored derectly on the new bot, we have added a warning sign (⚠️) in front of the system's page in these docs alongside a warning message.

What now?

Our development team is working very hard to restore some systems. The links in the documentation will be updated so you can invite the new bot back to your server.

We are very sad that something like this can happen on Discord but hope you will keep supporting our new bot!
