With the ticket feature you can set up a panel where users can create a ticket to speak to a staff member 1 to 1

Basic Ticket Setup Video
Setup the Panel
You can use the /ticket setup
command to set up the ticket panel.
everyone
In this option you have to select your @everyone role.
staff
In this option you have to select your ticket staff role. Users with this role will be able to view all created tickets.
channel
In this option you can select the channel where you want your ticket panel.
button-text
In this option you can enter your custom button text. This text will appear on the button of the panel.
ticket-category
In this option you can select the category where you want the bot to create tickets.
members-can-close-tickets
In this option you can select whether or not you want to allow users to close their own tickets.
button-colour
In this option you can select the colour of your button on the ticket panel.
open-form
In this option you can select whether or not you want the bot to ask users who are opening a ticket what their question is.
ping-staff
In this option you can select whether or not you want to bot to ping all staff members when a ticket gets created.
storage-category
In this category you can optionally select a category where closed tickets should be stored. If you want to delete a ticket, you can leave this option empty.
ticket-type
In this option you can select wheter you want your tickets top be created as text channel or thread.
Ticket Reviews
If you want to get feedback from your server members who created a ticket about your support, you can use the /ticket review-setup
command to allow users to do so.
panel-channel
In this option you can select the channel where you want to have your review panel.
response-channel
In this option you can receive feedback from server members
Blacklist Users from Tickets
If a user is creating tickets without reason or you just don't want him to be able to create tickets, you can blacklist a user with the /ticket blacklist
command. Users will not be able to create any tickets or create any reviews.
action
In this option you can select the action that you would like to take.
user
In this option you can select the user you would like to preform the action on.
Add a User to a Ticket
You can add a user to a ticket with the /ticket user-add
command. This command only works in text channel tickets, if you have selected your tickets to be threads, you can just ping a user to add them to the ticket.
user
In this option you can select the user that you want to add to the ticket.
Close a Ticket
You can close a ticket with the /ticket close
command. You can also use the close button.
